It is not a course about how to investigate. If you are applying, you already know how to work a case. An advisory commission that older study guides still describe in detail was abolished, and the section of the Revised Code that created it no longer exists. An exemption was added. Most of the administrative rules were rewritten, and two rule numbers that older courses cite throughout were retired. Where the state's own posted materials still show superseded figures, and some of them do, this course says so and teaches the version currently in force. One thing we will not sell you. Ohio does not publish a question count, a time limit, a book policy, or a passing score for its licensing examination. Not in the statute, not in the rules, and not on the Department of Public Safety's pages. Anyone who hands you those numbers is guessing.
