How do I book training for several guards?
Open the class you want on the schedule, choose “A group,” and enter each guard's details. Classes hold up to 35 students, so you can book up to 35 guards per class and pay once for everyone. Larger teams can be spread across class dates.
Is virtual training as good as a classroom?
Yes. Our classes are taught live by an instructor in real time, not pre-recorded. Guards are on camera, take part in discussion, and ask questions as they go. The course content and the certificate are the same official, state-approved training.
Does virtual training satisfy state certification requirements?
Yes. Our North Carolina course meets Private Protective Services Board (PPSB) requirements, and our New York courses are approved by the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS). Every guard who completes the course receives an official certificate. See the North Carolina and New York requirements.
Do you train teams outside North Carolina?
Yes. New York teams can take our DCJS-approved 8-Hour Pre-Assignment, 16-Hour On-the-Job and 8-Hour Annual In-Service courses live and virtual. Guards in Tennessee, Georgia and Colorado can take our on-demand courses on their own schedule.
Do you offer group rates?
